Stimată Autoritate Contractantă,
În legătură cu cerința din specificația tehnică privind prezentarea certificatelor ISO 9001 și ISO 13485, vă rugăm respectuos să clarificați dacă deținerea ambelor certificări este obligatorie cumulativ pentru produsul ofertat.
Având în vedere că obiectul achiziției vizează un sistem de arhivare pentru depozitarea casetelor biopsie, solicităm confirmarea justificării cerinței privind certificarea ISO 13485, standard aplicabil în mod specific dispozitivelor medicale, precum și dacă vor fi acceptate și produse echivalente care dețin certificări relevante corespunzătoare categoriei produsului ofertat.
Vă mulțumim anticipat pentru clarificare.

Cerința privind prezentarea certificatelor ISO 9001 și ISO 13485 a fost inclusă în documentația de atribuire în scopul asigurării calității, trasabilității și siguranței produselor utilizate în activitatea medico-diagnostică și în procesarea materialului biologic.
Produsele sunt destinate utilizării în fluxul histopatologic/laborator medical, unde condițiile de păstrare, identificare și trasabilitate a probelor biologice au impact direct asupra actului medical și asupra siguranței procesului diagnostic. Din acest motiv, considerăm justificată solicitarea implementării unui sistem de management al calității adaptat domeniului dispozitivelor și accesoriilor utilizate în activitatea medicală.
Totodată, precizăm că, certificarea ISO 13485 confirmă aplicarea unor cerințe specifice pentru proiectarea, fabricarea și controlul produselor destinate utilizării în domeniul medical și de laborator.
