Question:
Materialele propuse de D-v nu corespund cerințelor înaintate de D-v conform devizului, după cantitate și preț. Îndeosebi: 1. Conform devizului se solicită instalarea a 12 lavoare, în materialele propuse sunt 19 buc. 2. Conform devizului pentru lipirea gresiei și faianței se solicită nisip și ciment, în materialele propuse se oferă atît nisip și ciment, cît și clei pentru gresie și faianță... De asemeni, nu corespunde prețul pentru materialele oferite cu prețul calculat în deviz, îndeosebi pentru nisip, ciment, plăci de ghips-carton, gresie, faianță ș.a. Ar fi posibil de revizuit cantitățile și prețurile materialelor oferite, sau înlocuirea parțială a lor cu alte materiale necesare pentru efectuarea lucrării?

Bună ziua, conform devizului autoritatea contractantă, are doar o parte din materiale, ceea ce nu este in deviz, la materialele prestate de contractant, se complectează de către operatorul economic
