Locul desfășurării lucrărilor: mun. Chişinău, str. N. Titulescu, nr. 35. Urmează să fie realizate lucrări: de demolare (demontarea elementelor a terasamentelor existente), amenajarea teritoriului cu pavaj și porțiuni din beton asfaltic, construcția unei copertine din structură metalică, plantarea arborilor și arbuștilor, inclusiv gazon, reparații sectoriale a finisajelor la fațade, cu aplicarea vopsitoriei în culori totală.
Precizare: lucrările sus-menționate urmează să fie executate, fără a fi periclitată activitatea zilnică a instituției. Nu se admite deconectarea energiei electrice, blocarea sistemelor de apă și canalizare în zilele de lucru. În caz de necesitate, deconectările urmează a fi coordonate în prelabil.
