Va rugam sa modficati termenul de plata in conform legislatiei in vigoare si anume:
Conform Art. 862 (2) al Codului civil:
(2) Termenul de executare a obligației pecuniare de către o autoritate publică sau o altă persoană juridică de drept public ori de către asociațiile acestora, stabilit în contractul încheiat cu un profesionist, care are ca obiect livrarea de bunuri, executarea de lucrări sau prestarea de servicii, nu poate depăși 30 de zile de la data prevăzută la alin. (3) lit. a), b) sau, după caz, c). Prin excepție, părțile pot stipula în mod expres în contract un termen de executare care nu poate depăși 60 de zile dacă acesta este justificat în mod obiectiv, ținînd cont de natura sau caracteristicile specifice ale contractului.

Nu aveti dreptul sa incalcati legislatia si sa cereti conformarea. Consultati codul civicl, in caz contrar ne adresam cu plangere la Ministerul respectiv de incompetenta a persoanelor responsablie de aceasta achizitie.
