Buna ziua. devizati consumabile si reagentii pentru hemostaza aparte. Conform art.41 alin.(1) din Legea nr.131 din 03.07.2015, se acceptă modificarea „Documentației de atribuire” ca urmare a clarificării înaintate. Conform ordinului 374 din 05.05.2014 al MS este indicat că Reagenți, calibratori și material de control trebuie divizați de Accesorii, consumabile și piese de schimb (vezi Anexa 17 și Anexa 18).

Buna ziua! Stimate operator economic, divizare nu putem face, deoarece - Definiția lotului indica îndeplinirea prin precizarea performanţelor sau cerinţelor funcţionale solicitate – si daca in cazul nostru avem bunuri ce nu fac parte componenta din lot si denumirea lotului si specificaţiile tehnice ca denumire sunt din categoria reactivelor sau etc., atunci e altceva, dar in cazul nostru definiția coincide cu cerințele funcționale specificate.
