Buna ziua! Conform Anutului de participare, in pt. 23, ati solicitat transfer de 500 000.00 lei la contul Autoritatii, care este temeiul legal, in baza Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015 ? De regula se cere resurse financiare, linie de creditare, extrase bancare ce confirma suma. Ceea ce solicitati Dvs, intimideaza Antreprenorii deoarece Autoritatea contractanta achita facturile fiscale insotite de Procesele verbale la indeplinirea lucrarilor, plus valoare solicitati Garantie de buna executie in cuantum de 5% din costul total a contractului. Solicitam explicatii legale. Multumim.

Buna ziua! În pct.23 a fost comisă o gresală. Corect este: Disponibilitate de bani lichizi sau capital circulant de resurse creditare sau alte mijloace financiare în sumă de 500 000.00 lei. Referitor la Garanția de bună execuție a contractului este solicitată de către autoritatea contractantă conform art.68 p.(12), Legea nr.131/2015 a achiziților publice.Cuantumul garanţiei de bună execuţie a contractului nu trebuie să depăşească 15% din valoarea de deviz a contractului de achiziţii publice.

Certificat de atribuire a contului bancar. P.8 este solicitat -certificat de efectuare sistematică a plății impozitelor, contribuțiilor eliberat de IF - 15 zile.
