Numele doamnei apare deoarece dumneaei este manageril proiectului in cadrul caruia se realiizeaza achizitia. Va rugam sa adresari in continuare intrebari care se refera obiectul achizitiei: la caietul de sarcini sau la procesul de participare la prezenta achizitie dar nu la persoane.

Tara de origine lot 1 poate fi doar o tara din statele membre al Uniunii Europene? Tara de origine - Turcia, e acceptabila? Multumim.

As per the Annex A2a Rules on Participation in procurement procedures and grants of PRAG 2019, Part I, the eligible countries for DCI, ENI, PI, Greenland and INSC for the benefit of third parties shall be open to all natural persons who are nationals of, and legal persons that are effectively established in, one of the following countries/territories/beneficiaries:
a. EU Member States
b. IPA II beneficiaries (Turkey is part of IPA II)
c. European Economic Area
d. Developing countries and territories (included in the OECD-DAC list of ODA recipients), which are not members of the G20 Group (Turkey is also a developing country G20 member but is eligible as a beneficiary listed in the Annex I of the IPA II, footnote no.2)
e. Etc.
Therefore, Turkey is eligible for this tender.

Contract value in this case means the value of your financial offer. In case the offer is submitted by a consortium, the value of the Annual turnover - average for the last 3 years,. will be calculated as the cumulative amount of annual turnovers of all consortium's members.
