Dear Sir, please clarify: if do you need to install new equipment or upgrade existing cameras and related infrastructure? As we were explained and to another open data, cameras are already installed at many of the indicated points on the roads. Accordingly, please provide additional information about what can be used, what needs to be changed and/or maintained etc. We also ask you to clarify the issues of compatibility of the purchased software with the existing infrastructure. Without this, it is extremely difficult to select the right modules in the solution and prepare a proposal. Direct installation of arches or cantilevers for road equipment requires an appropriate design, which is usually approved by the local authorities. There is nothing of the kind in the specification. Does this mean that the participant himself must prepare these documents? If so - please indicate the institutions that can be contacted for approval of projects. We also ask you to specify the time that will be necessary for the approval of the each mini-projects. Thank you !

Dear Sir, Based on your response about SW for the management of the traffic cameras please let us ask you a few additional questions that may help us get the neccessary information for to prepare a technical and financial proposal. 1. Could you please tell us, what software (manufacturer and version) is used to control the traffic cameras? 2. If it is not a universal SW that supports various manufacturers and types of cameras then how and where we can you get the necessary data that is needed to develop the corresponding web services? We are assume that the relevant information is likely non-public. 3. If you use software without support many manufacturers of cameras but one, is there any incentive program for potential bidders because of the extra cost to develop web services as opposed to those manufacturers whose cameras are already in use? Or how is this issue resolved?

If you request such a service then you must provide the necessary information to all interested participants. Please provide relevant information. Thank you !
