Copacii si materialul saditor este deja achiziționat și este nevoie doar de plantat sau în aceasta licitație este inclus și materialul săditor?
În anunțul de participare sunt specificate și foarte multe condiții care se cer de la materialul săditor dar în denumirea licitației scrie doar LUCRĂRI DE PLANTARE!

Bună ziua.
Autoritatea contractantă precizează că procedura de achiziție include atât furnizarea materialului săditor (arbori și arbuști), cât și executarea lucrărilor de plantare. Conform caietului de sarcini, la pozițiile 4–13 sunt prevăzute expres speciile de arbori și arbuști, inclusiv resursele materiale aferente acestora. Prin urmare, operatorii economici vor include în ofertele financiare atât costul materialului săditor, cât și costul lucrărilor de plantare, cu respectarea tuturor cerințelor tehnice și de calitate stabilite prin documentația de atribuire.
