Efectuarea inspecțiilor tehnice periodice ale ascensoarelor; reglarea mecanismelor de acționare și a sistemului de ridicare; reglarea ușilor de cabină și a ușilor de palier;efectuarea reglajelor necesare pentru asigurarea funcționării corespunzătoare; depistarea și remedierea defecțiunilor tehnice apărute în timpul exploatării;deblocarea și repunerea în funcțiune a ascensorului în cazul unor defecțiuni, în limitele serviciilor contractate
