va rog sa clarificati pct 15 subpct 23 din anuntul de participare - Lichiditatea 100% min si Autoritatea
contractantă stabilește drept cerință minimă ca valoarea indicatorului respectiv trebuie să fie peste 150 procente.....????!!!!!
