La consistență carnea fermă, elastică, culoarea specifică produsului. Livrare și transportare temperatura +2- +4 grade. Ambalaj alimentar, curat, intact,etanș, fără deteriorări sau scurgeri. Ambalaj 3-5 kg., vacuum. Livrarea 2 ori în săptămâna, cutii. HG 773 din 03.10.2013 cu modificările ulterioare.
