Denumire lot.
Question:
Buna ziua. Venim cu o recomandare, pe care macar pe viitor s-o luati in considerare. Denumirea de Brilliance UTI Agar, este o marca înregistrată ca Brilliance, si aparține exclusiv companiei Thermo Scientific (Oxoid). Rugam sa utilizati denumirea generica a produsului solicitat. Multumim anticipat.

Mulțumim pentru clarificare. Denumirea lotului a fost ajustată conform necesităților reale ale beneficiarului final. Prin urmare, nu se impune o anumită marcă sau un anumit producător, fiind acceptabile produse echivalente care demonstrează îndeplinirea integrală a cerințelor tehnice și de performanță solicitate. Documentația de atribuire ajustată va fi atașată la procedura de achiziție.
