Question:
Cerința „Poziție pat: min. 0–180°": rugăm să explicați ce se înțelege prin aceasta. Se are în vedere posibilitatea aducerii fotoliului în poziție complet orizontală (spătar, șezut și suport pentru picioare în același plan)?
Cerința „Poziționare Trendelenburg: minimum 0–12°": rugăm să confirmați dacă se acceptă un fotoliu fără funcția Trendelenburg, dar care se aduce în poziție complet orizontală, suficientă pentru asistența donatorului în caz de lipotimie.
Cerința „Ajustare rapidă în poziția anti-șoc (CPR)": rugăm să confirmați dacă se acceptă aducerea fotoliului în poziție orizontală prin comanda electrică, fără o funcție CPR dedicată.
Cerința „Reglarea secțiunii pentru picioare: minimum de la -80° la +10° (±5°)": rugăm să confirmați dacă se acceptă un interval de la -80° la 0°.
Cerința „Dimensiuni în poziție pat: min. 1900 × 900 mm": rugăm să confirmați dacă se acceptă 1850 × 950 mm.

Cerința „Poziție pat: min. 0–180°" - posibilitatea aducerii fotoliului în poziție complet orizontală.
Cerința „Poziționare Trendelenburg: minimum 0–15°" este obligatorie nu se acceptă fără.
Cerința „Ajustare rapidă în poziția anti-șoc (CPR)" este obligatorie nu se acceptă fără.
Cerința „Reglarea secțiunii pentru picioare: minimum de la -80° la +10° (±5°)", dispune deja de o marjă acceptată.
Cerința „Dimensiuni în poziție pat: min. 1900 × 900 mm", este solicitat un parametru minim necesar.
Nu se acceptă modificarea cerinței tehnice. Menționăm că conform pct. 10 din Anuntul de participare pot fi depuse oferte alternative. Muțumim pentru clarificare.
