Question:
Bună ziua. Va rugam sa acceptati si un sistem cu o rampa maxima de 5 grade C/sec, dar care asigura o rampa medie de 3.3 garde /sec, superioara fata de majoritatea sistemelor, cu o acuratete de 0.2 grade C
Va rugam sa acceptati si un sistem care contine ca sistem de detectie 6 LED/6 diode filtrante, cu o capacitate de detectie multiplex de 5 tinte, plus FRET. Sistemul este precalibrat din fabrica pentru majoritatea fluoroforllor disponibili comercial, nu necesita recalibrare la interval de timp si permite adaugarea de fluorofori noi in software
Va rugam sa acceptati un sistem cu gradient diferential, programabil pe un interval de 1-24 grade, cuprin pe domeniul 30 – 100 grade, dispus fata-spate, astfel incat sa fie compatibil cu utilizarea pipetelor multicanal cu cap de 8 canale

Nu se acceptă nici o modificare a cerinței tehnice. Conform caietului de sarcină au fost stabiliți parametri tehnici minimi necesari. Rugăm să oferiți produse conforme sau cu o performanță tehnică mai mare.
