Solicitam modificarea caietului de sarcini

Buna ziua. Este o favorizare evidenta a unui agent economic care are deja produsul in Rep.Moldova. Altfel cum poate exclicata conditia de livrare in 3 zile E o aberatie si bataie de joc. Nu avem producători de clor lichid in Moldova respectiv produsul trebuie sa fie importat. Cum va gândiți ? O procedura de import durează doar 3 zile ???

Bună ziua. Vă mulțumim mult pentru „solicitarea de clarificare”, totuși, constatăm că acest enunț nu reprezintă în sine o clarificare în sensul pct. 29 din Regulamentul cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea de Guvern nr. 870/2022, fapt ce determină imposibilitatea oferirii unui răspuns adecvat în conformitate cu pct. 30 din același Regulament.
