Buna ziua. Este o favorizare evidenta a unui agent economic care are deja produsul in Rep.Moldova. Altfel cum poate exclicata conditia de livrare in 3 zile E o aberatie si bataie de joc. Nu avem producători de clor lichid in Moldova respectiv produsul trebuie sa fie importat. Cum va gândiți ? O procedura de import durează doar 3 zile ???
