Da, se acceptă o supapă/valvă de evacuare acționată automat prin comandă electrică, electromagnetică sau printr-un sistem echivalent, controlată de echipament, chiar dacă evacuarea propriu-zisă a apei se realizează gravitațional.
Cerința „sistem de evacuare cu pompă sau supapă motorizată” urmărește asigurarea evacuării automate a apei, fără intervenție manuală.
În acest sens, vor fi considerate conforme atât sistemele cu pompă de evacuare, cât și cele cu supapă/valvă de evacuare automată, cu condiția ca soluția tehnică să fie prevăzută și confirmată în documentația oficială a producătorului.

În vederea unei interpretări uniforme a cerințelor funcționale prevăzute pentru Lotul nr. 1 – Mașini de spălat rufe, vă rugăm să clarificați cerința „Pornire întârziată sau funcție echivalentă de programare a pornirii”.
Echipamentele profesionale destinate spălătoriilor instituționale pot utiliza sisteme de comandă diferite. Unele permit programarea directă a unei ore de pornire, iar altele oferă posibilități extinse de configurare a programelor de spălare, durata efectivă a acestora fiind gestionată de operator în timpul programului de lucru.
În acest context, vă rugăm să precizați:
Dacă prin „funcție echivalentă” se acceptă o soluție de programare sau temporizare a pornirii implementată prin meniul tehnic, modulul de comandă ori un accesoriu dedicat, cu condiția ca soluția să fie aprobată și documentată oficial de producător și să respecte cerințele de siguranță ale echipamentului.
Dacă pornirea automată la o oră prestabilită reprezintă o necesitate operațională obligatorie pentru instituțiile beneficiare sau dacă autoritatea poate accepta și echipamente profesionale complet programabile în privința parametrilor de spălare, dar la care inițierea ciclului se realizează manual de către operator.
În cazul în care pornirea automată temporizată nu reprezintă o necesitate operațională esențială, vă rugăm să examinați oportunitatea eliminării obligativității acestei funcții, cu menținerea integrală a celorlalte cerințe privind programarea ciclurilor, performanța, siguranța și destinația profesională a echipamentelor.
Solicitarea urmărește clarificarea unei funcționalități distincte de performanța de spălare și permiterea participării unor echipamente profesionale cu arhitecturi de comandă diferite, fără diminuarea cerințelor referitoare la capacitate, durabilitate și securitate.

Autoritatea contractantă a examinat solicitarea și precizează că funcția de pornire întârziată nu reprezintă o cerință operațională esențială pentru utilizarea echipamentelor.
În consecință, cerința „Pornire întârziată sau funcție echivalentă de programare a pornirii” se elimină.
Se mențin celelalte cerințe funcționale, inclusiv posibilitatea configurării parametrilor de spălare – temperatură, nivel de apă și durată – precum și toate cerințele privind performanța, durabilitatea și siguranța echipamentului.
