Termen livrare
Question:
Se propune modificarea graficului de livrare, de la livrarea în de 20 de zile la solicitarea beneficiarului, la 4 tranșe egale, distribuite pe parcursul anului 2027, după cum urmează:
Tranșa I – 25%: martie 2027
Tranșa II – 25%: iunie 2027
Tranșa III – 25%: septembrie 2027
Tranșa IV – 25%: decembrie 2027
Modificarea este solicitată pentru a permite producatorilor organizarea și realizarea în condiții optime a procesului de producere, aprovizionare și livrare a produselor, ținând cont de capacitatea de producție și de termenele necesare pentru asigurarea cantităților solicitate.
Eșalonarea livrării în patru tranșe pe parcursul anului 2027 va permite o aprovizionare etapizată și predictibilă cu produsele, asigurând respectarea cerințelor contractuale și evitând concentrarea unui volum semnificativ de produse într-o perioadă scurtă sau absenta lor la solicitare.
