Vă rugăm să indicați etajele la care este planificată instalarea unităților interioare și exterioare pentru toate echipamentele. În cazul în care unitățile exterioare vor fi montate pe fațada clădirii la o înălțime care depășește standardele unui montaj de bază (montaj de la fereastră), vă rugăm să precizați dacă autoritatea contractantă va achita separat serviciile de alpinism utilitar sau închirierea unei autoplatforme (turn auto), ori dacă aceste cheltuieli trebuie incluse de la bun început în oferta financiară a operatorului economic.

Vă rugăm să indicați punctele de conectare la rețeaua electrică pentru aparatele de aer condiționat. Prevede proiectul conectarea la punctele existente (prize) din încăperi, sau antreprenorul este obligat să instaleze linii electrice separate direct de la tablourile de distribuție principale/de etaj, cu montarea întrerupătoarelor automate și a dispozitivelor de protecție la supratensiune (DCR/UZO)? Dacă este necesară tragerea de linii de la tablourile electrice, vă rugăm să precizați lungimea liniilor de cablu și cerințele privind modalitatea de instalare a acestora (prin canelare/șlefuire în perete sau prin canal de cablu).
