Question:
1. Care este lungimea proiectată a traseului de freon pentru fiecare dintre cele 28 de aparate de aer condiționat (pentru loturile 1 și 2)? Este necesară trasarea traseelor în canale decorative (cablu-canale) sau este prevăzută canelarea (frezarea) pereților?
2. La ce etaje ale clădirilor este planificată instalarea unităților interioare și exterioare ale aparatelor de aer condiționat? Există acces prin fereastră pentru montajul unităților exterioare sau este necesară utilizarea de utilaje speciale (platformă aeriană, schele) sau servicii de alpiniști utilitari?

Lungimea traseelor de agent frigorific nu este prestabilită pentru fiecare aparat, aceasta urmând a fi determinată în funcție de amplasarea unităților interioare și exterioare la fiecare obiectiv. Traseele vor fi executate conform cerințelor tehnice ale producătorului și condițiilor existente la fața locului. Pozarea traseelor se va realiza în canale decorative.Pentru montarea unităților exterioare există acces prin ferestre. Instalarea unităților exterioare se va realiza din interior, prin accesul disponibil la ferestre, fără necesitatea utilizării platformelor aeriene, schelelor sau serviciilor de alpinism utilitar.
Pentru evaluarea condițiilor existente și determinarea volumului lucrărilor necesare, operatorii economici pot efectua o vizită la fața locului. Mulțumim de întrebare.

De la ce surse trebuie să fie alimentate aparatele de aer condiționat — de la prizele cele mai apropiate sau este necesară trasarea unor linii electrice separate de la tablourile electrice? Cine este obligat să furnizeze și să monteze întrerupătoarele automate, dispozitivele de protecție diferențială (DDR), canalele de cabluri și cablurile de forță?
Vă rugăm să ne furnizați:
o Planurile clădirilor cu indicarea amplasării tablourilor electrice și a locurilor de instalare a aparatelor de aer condiționat;
o Lungimea cablului de la tabloul electric până la fiecare aparat de aer condiționat;
o Modul de trasare (canelare în perete sau cablu-canal);
o Numărul de locuri libere în tablourile electrice existente;
o Dacă este necesară instalarea unor tablouri electrice separate pentru aparatele de aer condiționat.

Racordarea electrică a aparatelor de aer condiționat, inclusiv furnizarea și montarea cablurilor de alimentare, canalelor de cablu, întrerupătoarelor automate și dispozitivelor de protecție necesare, va fi asigurată de operatorul economic și va fi inclusă în prețul ofertat.
Traseul și lungimea cablurilor, precum și soluția de racordare la instalația electrică existentă, vor fi stabilite în funcție de condițiile concrete de la fiecare obiectiv. Pozarea cablurilor se va realiza în canale de cablu.
Pentru evaluarea condițiilor existente și determinarea volumului lucrărilor necesare, operatorii economici pot efectua o vizită la fața locului, în prealabil, pentru examinarea obiectivelor și a instalațiilor electrice existente.
