Fiecare licență va permite utilizatorului utilizarea aplicațiilor Office și a versiunii mobile Microsoft Teams (Android/iOS), în limitele și condițiile de licențiere stabilite de producător, inclusiv utilizarea pe maximum 5 dispozitive ale utilizatorului, după caz. Prin urmare, cantitatea de 46 se referă la numărul de licențe/utilizatori și nu la numărul total de dispozitive care urmează a fi licențiate.
