Luind in cnsiderare complexitatea achizitiei pe loturi, precum si zilele oficial libere declarate conform C.M. a R.M. rugam revizuirea termenelor procedurii, prin extinderea timpului pentru clarificari, precum si termenului de depunere a ofertelor.

În conformitate cu prevederile art.35 lit.c) . Clarificări din Legea Nr.131/2015 privind achizițiile publice termenul privind solicitarea clarificărilor este de: 3 zile – în cazul procedurii de cerere a ofertelor de prețuri.
