Buna ziua!, Va rugam sa revizuiti Anuntul de participare si sa modificati Perioada de garantie a lucrarilor, mai exact pct. 16 subpct. 16 conform caruia se cere ca _Termenul de garanție a lucrărilor min. 10 ani_. Mentionam faptul ca conform Codul urbanismului și construcțiilor nr. 434/2023, Art. 225 punctul (1)" _Termenul de garanție este de 5 ani și începe să curgă de la data recepției la terminarea lucrărilor_. Multumim!
