Bună ziua! Având în vedere faptul că medicamentele solicitate urmează a fi achiziționate cu statut de produse neînregistrate în Republica Moldova, considerăm oportună revizuirea termenelor de livrare prevăzute în documentația de atribuire.
Procedura de import pentru medicamentele neînregistrate presupune obținerea autorizațiilor necesare, pregătirea documentației, organizarea producției și a transportului, ceea ce necesită un termen suplimentar. În acest context, vă rugăm să examinați posibilitatea extinderii termenelor de livrare, astfel încât operatorii economici să poată asigura furnizarea produselor în condiții corespunzătoare și în conformitate cu cerințele legale aplicabile. Mulțumim.
