Bună ziua, noi am observat că este o procedură de achiziție repetată, în care este modificată cantitatea, și deasemenea am observat că nu se admit oferte alternative, vă rog să ne anunțați dacă există posibilitatea de a depune o ofertă alternativă (motiv - produsul nostru are dimensiunile 2 x 1 m).
Vă rog să ne clarificați pe motivul dat, dacă este posibilitatea de a modifica cerințele achiziției - pentru a permite participarea a mai multor operatori economici.
