Dispozitivul trebuie să aibă o baterie reîncărcabilă încorporată?
Sau ar fi acceptabilă utilizarea unor baterii înlocuibile care pot fi reîncărcate separat cu ajutorul unui încărcător extern?

Caietul de sarcini nu specifică asupra faptului ca bateriile să fie încorporate sau înlocuibile, prin urmare, sunt acceptate atât bateriile/acumulatorii reîncărcabili încorporați în dispozitiv și reîncărcabili prin intermediul unui încărcător/adaptor, cât și bateriile/acumulatorii reîncărcabili înlocuibili, pot fi încărcați separat cu ajutorul unui încărcător extern, cu condiția ca soluția oferită să asigure funcționarea autonomă a dispozitivului și să fie livrată împreună cu toate accesoriile necesare pentru utilizarea și încărcarea acestora.

Caietul de sarcini al licitației prevede o interfață optică pentru controlul imprimantei.
Tinand cont de faptul ca volumul de date inregistrate de catre dispozitiv nu constitue masive de TB si respectiv este de ordinul zecilor si sutelor de MB, sa admitem chiar si cativa Gb de date, cerinta prezentei unei interfete optice pentru schimbul de date este mai mult restrictiva decat practica. Vă rugăm să ne confirmați dacă ar fi acceptabil și controlul ieșirii prin comunicație cu fir sau fără fir (Bluetooth) ? sau modificarea cerintei in care acest criteriu sa fie optional.

Ca răspuns la solicitare de clarificare, autoritatea contractantă specifică faptul că cerința „Interfețe de date - USB către PC; interfață optică pentru controlul imprimantei” se modifică prin extinderea soluțiilor tehnice în scopul lărgirii competitivității și urmează a fi considerat ca: „Interfețe de date – USB sau interfață echivalentă pentru conectarea la PC; interfață optică, prin cablu sau comunicație fără fir (inclusiv Bluetooth) pentru transmiterea datelor și controlul imprimantei mobile incluse în ofertă. Soluția oferită trebuie să asigure imprimarea directă a rezultatelor testării și transferul datelor către PC.”
