Buna ziua, argumentati va rog necesitatea iaurtului anume in cantitatea 140-150 gr atita timp cit HG nr.611 din 05.07.2010 nu impune restrictii privind cantitatea. Meniul Model de alimentare a copiilor prevede 100-110 gr iaurt per zi , in acest context solicitam acceptarea ambalajului 125 gr .Deasemenea , in scopul asigurarii unei competitii sanatoase intre producatori si evitarea conflictelor de interse
solicitam acceptarea ofertelor pentru pozitia lapte , cu procent de 2,5% sau 3,5% .
