12. Termenii și condițiile de livrare/prestare solicitați: Inconterms 2020 DDP, în termen de până la 20 zile calendaristice din data plasării bonului de comandă-livrare din partea beneficiarului, pe parcursul anului 2027.
Question:
Solicităm respectuos modificarea „Termenii și condițiile de livrare/prestare solicitați: Inconterms 2020 DDP, în termen de până la 20 zile calendaristice din data plasării bonului de comandă-livrare din partea beneficiarului, pe parcursul anului 2027”, prin stabilirea unui grafic de livrare pe tranșe.
Stabilirea unui grafic de livrare pe tranșe este motivată de necesitatea asigurării unei executări corespunzătoare a obligațiilor contractuale de către ambele părți și de asigurarea unei planificări eficiente a producției, importului și stocurilor.
Menționăm că o astfel de modalitate de livrare este utilizată și în cadrul altor proceduri de achiziții publice și contribuie la o executare eficientă a contractului, fără a afecta necesitățile beneficiarului.
În acest sens, solicităm respectuos modificarea condițiilor de livrare prin stabilirea livrării în tranșe.

Bună ziua,
Ca urmare a clarificării parvenite, IMSP beneficiare au comunicat că nu se acceptă livrarea soluției pentru cardioplegie în baza unui grafic de tranșe, întrucât intervențiile de transplant sunt dependente de disponibilitatea donatorilor și nu pot fi planificate anticipat, ceea ce face imposibilă estimarea necesarului pe tranșe de livrare. De asemenea, acestea nu sunt de acord cu modificarea termenilor și condițiilor de livrare, având în vedere termenul redus de valabilitate al soluției cardioplegice.
