excluderea parametrilor irelevanti sau corectarea numarului de investigatii
Question:
Analiza generală a sângelui în conformitate cu norma metodologică 1518 (echivalent pentru Sysmex, XN-550, Hematology Analyzer) - nu presupune determinarea RETICULOCITELOR. Va rugam sa excludeti din specificatia pentru analizator al acestei specificatii. In caz contrar, daca IMSP face intr-adeva si RETICULOCITE (Numărătoarea reticulocitelor 1525 - Anexa nr. 4 la Normele metodologice de aplicare a Programului unic al asigurării obligatorii de asistenţă medicală), va rugam sa specificati clar din cele 21 000 investigatii cate vor fi investigatii al analizei generale si cate investigati al analizei generale + Reticulocite. Totodata va informam ca aceasta informatie grupul de lucru al CAPCS trebuie sa o concretizeze la IMSP Beneficiar intru evitarea oricaror neclaritati.

Buna ziua, autoritatea contractantă a coordonat informația cu beneficiarul final. Din volumul solicitat nu sunt prevăzute investigații de analiză sângelui pentru determinarea reticulocitelor.
