Potrivit Specificației tehnice, se admit butelii cu capacitatea volumetrică mai mare de 40 dm³, cu condiția ca volumul total de gaz etalon furnizat să fie cel puțin egal cu volumul total corespunzător celor 15 butelii solicitate și să fie asigurată compatibilitatea cu echipamentul Beneficiarului, inclusiv prin furnizarea de adaptoare corespunzătoare, dacă este necesar.

Producatorul mentioneata ca nu se incadreaza sa livrteze gazul etalon solicitat in termen de 90 zile- un termen de 120 zile ar fi suficient!
Se accepta livrare in termen de 120 zile?

In licitatie se solicita termen de livrare 90 zile
Producatorul spune ca este insuficient pentru un amestec din 9 componente chimice.
Intrebare se accepta termenul de 120 zile din ziua semnarii contractului?
