Solicităm acceptarea următoarei specificații tehnice: Manșetă pentru infuzii, capacitate 500 ml, confecționată din bumbac rezistent sau din materiale rezistente la dezinfectare.
Considerăm că acceptarea materialelor rezistente la dezinfectare răspunde mai bine cerințelor actuale privind prevenirea și controlul infecțiilor asociate asistenței medicale. Spre deosebire de materialele textile, suprafețele care permit dezinfectarea rapidă pot fi supuse dezinfecției între utilizări, contribuind la reducerea riscului de contaminare încrucișată și facilitând respectarea protocoalelor de igienă.
Întrucât ambele variante îndeplinesc aceeași destinație și funcționalitate, iar materialele rezistente la dezinfectare oferă un avantaj suplimentar din perspectiva controlului infecțiilor și a întreținerii, solicităm acceptarea acestei specificații ca alternativă echivalentă.
