Pentru a va crea o oferta, eveti un proiect elaborat, in actele de atribuire lipsește. Sau la viziunea noastră dar folosind cerințele Dstra ?

Stimate operator economic,pentru prezenta procedură nu există un proiect tehnic elaborat separat. Oferta urmează a fi întocmită în baza cerințelor indicate în documentația de atribuire/caietul de sarcini. Operatorii economici pot propune propria soluție tehnică, cu respectarea obligatorie a cerințelor minime stabilite de autoritatea contractantă.
