Dimensiunea minima
Question:
Va rugam sa verificati dimensiunea minimă pentru sacii de 15 l si 30 l, deoarece sunt aceleasi dimensiuni minime pentru doua volume diferite, ceea ce nu poate fi corect. Nu au fost operate modificari nici in cadrul Acordului-cadru, nici in cadrul reofertarii precedente. Va multumim!

Bună ziua, în cadrul procedurii respective, operatorii economici o să prezinte oferte, bazate pe ofertele din Acord-Cadru. Respectiv, dacă nu au fost operate modificări în Acordul-Cadru, nu pot fi operate modificări nici în procedura subsecventă. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare!
