La momentul participării în Anunțul de participare Acord-Cadru ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1741944696610 s-a menționat că vor fi acceptate doar dispozitivele medicale înregistrate la momentul reofertării, cu excepția lotului 52 și 55, care nu sunt dispozitive medicale și au fost menționate în clarificări. Rugăm să confirmați că pentru restul loturilor vor fi acceptate doar dispozitive medidcale înregistrate la momentul reofertării.
Answer (29 Jun 2026, 08:26):
Bună ziua, evaluarea va fi efectuată având în vedere punctul 14 din Anunțul de participare la Acord-Cadru: „Obligatoriu la momentul depunerii ofertei la etapa de reofertare să se prezinte numărului de înregistrare din Registrul de Stat al Dispozitivelor Medicale. Vor fi atribuite în contracte subsecvente doar Dispozitivelor Medicale înregistrate în Registrul de Stat al Dispozitivelor Medicale.”
