Autovehicul destinat transportului elevilor din învățământul general va avea o capacitate de transport între 29 și 34 locuri pe scaune în afară de scaunul conducătorului auto. Autovehiculul trebuie să fie proiectat și fabricat conform CEE-ONU R 107 - Dispoziții uniforme privind omologarea vehiculelor din categoria M3 în ceea ce privește construcția generală a acestora.
