În cadrul procedurii de achiziție desfășurate la 20 martie 2026, pentru Lotul nr. 106 – Dispozitiv electro-chirurgical (diatermocoagulator cu caracteristici avansate ){https://achizitii.md/ro/public/tender/21566161/lot/12256561/}, valoarea estimată a lotului a fost de 85.444,44 MDL pentru 1 bucată. Licitatia actuală pentru Lotul 11 Dispozitive electro-chirurgicale (diatermocoagulator caracteristici avansate) are un buget de 84.560 MDL pentru același tip de dispozitiv, dar pentru 2 bucăți. Prin urmare, se constată că bugetul actual este practic similar cu cel al licitației precedente, însă acoperă o cantitate dublă (2 unități în loc de 1 unitate), ceea ce poate limita semnificativ participarea operatorilor economici și posibilitatea de ofertare a unor echipamente conforme cu cerințele tehnice și prețurile reale de piață. Solicităm reexaminarea și ajustarea valorii estimate a lotului, astfel încât aceasta să fie proporțională cu numărul de unități solicitate și să asigure o concurență reală între ofertanți.
