Buna ziua, multumim pentru clarificarea depusă. Cu referire la specificațiile tehnice informația se regaseste în pct. 8 compartiementul ”Specificarea tehnică deplină solicitată, standardele de referinţă”, informații mai detailate : Reparatia acoperisului pentru bloc B. Termoizolarea fațadei blocurilor A și B. Se vor schimba ferestrele blocului A, et.3.
