Question's name:
Modificarea cerinței privind lungimea electrodului monopolar
Question:
Solicăm respectuos modificarea cerinței privind lungimea electrodului monopolar tip cârlig de la „360 ±20 mm” la „330 mm sau mai mult”. Motivare: Dimensiunea de 330 mm reprezintă o lungime standard utilizată pe scară largă de producători internaționali consacrați de instrumentar laparoscopic și electrochirurgical, inclusiv pentru instrumente de 5 mm tip cârlig. Menținerea cerinței actuale limitează participarea anumitor producători și modele compatibile clinic și funcțional, fără un impact semnificativ asupra utilizării medicale sau performanței procedurale. Modificarea propusă ar permite participarea unui număr mai mare de ofertanți și ar asigura respectarea principiilor concurenței și utilizării eficiente a fondurilor publice.
