Bună ziua, Vă rugăm să confirmați dacă livrarea include și serviciile de instalare/montaj fizic al monitoarelor și suporturilor, sau dacă oferta trebuie să includă doar furnizarea echipamentelor și a accesoriilor. Vă mulțumim!

Se confirmă că oferta trebuie să includă furnizarea monitoarelor FIDS, suporturilor/sistemelor de montaj aferente, accesoriilor necesare și garanția solicitată.
Serviciile de montaj fizic efectiv în locațiile aeroportului nu fac obiectul obligației principale de furnizare, cu excepția cazului în care acestea sunt indicate expres în documentația de atribuire sau vor fi solicitate separat de Autoritatea contractantă.
Operatorul economic va livra echipamentele complete, apte pentru instalare, inclusiv suporturile compatibile și accesoriile necesare montajului standard. Instalarea efectivă în amplasamentele finale se va realiza conform planificării și coordonării Beneficiarului, ținând cont de infrastructura existentă, amplasarea monitoarelor și cerințele operaționale ale sistemului FIDS.

În Anexa nr. 22, pentru Lotul 2 sunt solicitate monitoare FIDS de 43” și 55”, fiecare cu sistem de montaj/suporturi, fiind indicate opțiuni de montaj „perete / tavan / suport dedicat” pentru ambele categorii de monitoare. De asemenea, pentru suporturile de 43” este solicitată capacitate portantă minimă de 30 kg, iar pentru suporturile de 55” capacitate portantă minimă de 50 kg.
Având în vedere că tipul suportului de montaj influențează direct configurația tehnică, capacitatea portantă, greutatea, accesoriile de instalare și prețul ofertat, vă rugăm să clarificați cantitatea exactă de suporturi necesare pentru fiecare tip de montaj, separat pentru fiecare diagonală de monitor, după cum urmează:
Monitoare FIDS 43” – cantitate totală: 35 buc.

Vă rugăm să clarificați ce termen minim de garanție se solicită pentru monitoarele FIDS 43” și 55” propriu-zise. Vă mulțumim!

Se clarifică faptul că termenul minim de garanție solicitat este de minimum 36 luni atât pentru:
• monitoarele FIDS 43”;
• monitoarele FIDS 55”;
• suporturile/sistemele de montaj aferente;
• accesoriile livrate împreună cu acestea.
Garanția trebuie să acopere funcționarea echipamentelor în regim profesional, conform destinației acestora pentru sistemul FIDS, inclusiv utilizarea în spații publice și regim de exploatare continuă.

Vă rugăm să confirmați dacă, la depunerea ofertei, este necesară prezentarea unei declarații sau confirmări oficiale din partea RESA privind compatibilitatea monitoarelor ofertate cu sistemul FIDS / CMS utilizat.

Se confirmă că monitoarele ofertate trebuie să fie compatibile cu sistemul FIDS existent al Aeroportului, bazat pe soluția RESA VISTA.
Compatibilitatea monitoarelor propuse cu sistemul RESA VISTA urmează să fie demonstrată obligatoriu printr-un document oficial emis de RESA.
Prin urmare, la depunerea ofertei, operatorul economic va prezenta document oficial din partea RESA, care confirmă compatibilitatea monitoarelor ofertate cu sistemul RESA VISTA / FIDS utilizat de Aeroport.
