Question:

Pentru lotul 46 se solicită Suxamethonii iodidum 20 mg/ml 5 ml. Dar sub codul ATC M03AB01 este indicat Suxamethonium (sarea fiind neglijabilă - iodidum sau chloridum). Având în vedere că sarea nu influențează nicicum asupra indicațiilor și modului de dozare, solicităm excluderea acesteia din denumirea lotului, cu indicarea doar a principiului activ Suxamethonium 20 mg/ml 5 ml. Și pentru a mări concurența adăugarea și a flaconului ca unitate de măsură - Unitatea de masura fiola/flacon. Mulțumesc,

Bună ziua, Reieșind din Nomenclatorul de Stat al Medicamentelor, preparatul conform lotului Calendula officinalis L. 50 are statut de medicament. Astfel, prevederile Ordinului MS nr. 168 din 10.03.2026 nu sunt aplicabile în cazul dat. Mulțumim pentru clarificare.
