Bună ziua! Vă rugăm să verificați bugetul și prețurile din licitații anterioare, bugetul a fost revizuit incorect. Mulțumim.

Vă mulțumim pentru clarificările transmise. La moment autoritatea contractantă este în imposibilitate de modificare a valorilor estimate deja publicate reieșind din limitele sistemului SIARSAP MTENDER. Aspectele semnalate de dumneavoastră vor fi examinate suplimentar, inclusiv prin reevaluarea valorii estimate a lotului și verificarea informațiilor aferente procedurilor anterioare. În cazul în care se va constata necesitatea operării unor modificări, acestea vor fi publicate în modul corespunzător.

Dorim să atragem atenția asupra unei posibile neconcordanțe între denumirea produsului solicitat și compoziția tehnică indicată în documentație.
Denumirea „Bulion peptonat” este cunoscută în mod uzual ca:
Nutrient Broth
Bouillon nutritiv
Meat Peptone Broth
Nutrient Medium
Aceste medii conțin, de regulă, peptonă împreună cu extract de carne și/sau extract de drojdie.
Totuși, compoziția indicată în caietul de sarcini:
Peptonă – 10 g/L
NaCl – 5 g/L
corespunde compoziției standard pentru „Peptone Water / Apă peptonată”, fără componente suplimentare precum extract de carne sau extract de drojdie.

Dacă se solicită într-adevăr „Bulion peptonat / Nutrient Broth”, atunci ar fi necesară modificarea compoziției tehnice.
Dacă însă se solicită compoziția indicată (Peptonă 10 g/L + NaCl 5 g/L), atunci considerăm necesară modificarea denumirii produsului către „Apă peptonată / Peptone Water”.

Aspectele semnalate de dumneavoastră referitoare la denumirea și compoziția tehnică a produsului rămîn nemodificate, deoarece cerința autorității contractante este substanță neofelizată, uscată, pulbere (Bulion) iar propunrea DVS este schimbarea specificație în soluție gata de lucru (Apă). Concomitent, încurajăm participarea activă a operatorilor economici prin prezentarea ofertelor conforme produselor disponibile pe piață prin prezentarea ofertelor alternative care vor fi acceptate doar după acordul beneficiarului final precum și testarea la necesitate a mostrelor.
