Buna ziua. Ati indicat la acest lot ca au "Destinația - în scop de diagnoză". Produsele IVD in Moldova trebuie sa fie inregistrate in Registru Dispozitivelor Medicale. Va rugam sa specificati daca se cer, sau nu, sa fie inregistrate in calitate de DM.

Vă mulțumim pentru solicitarea de clarificare transmisă. Informăm că produsele cu destinație de diagnostic in vitro (IVD) urmează să fie conforme cadrului normativ aplicabil dispozitivelor medicale, inclusiv în ceea ce privește cerințele de înregistrare în Registrul de Stat al Dispozitivelor Medicale, în modul stabilit de legislația în vigoare. Prin urmare, vor fi acceptate doar produsele care respectă cerințele legale aplicabile dispozitivelor medicale pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova.
