Atragem atenția asupra necesității respectării prevederilor alin. (6) al articolului 57 din Legea privind achizițiile publice, potrivit cărora procedura de achiziție trebuie să aibă o durată de cel puțin 12 de zile.
În lipsa operării modificărilor corespunzătoare asupra procedurii de achiziție, ne rezervăm dreptul de a sesiza Agenția Achiziții Publice în vederea acordării unei evaluări juridice.
