in Anexele 23 si 22 atasate sunt 2 loturi aparte- Lotul 1- Rechizite de birou si Lotul 2-Plicuri. lot1 are 73pozitii, pe pagina documentele procedurii de achizitii sunt 67pozitii. totus dupa care document trebue sa facem oferta?
