Buna ziua!
In caietul de sarcini publicat de D-stra, in punctul 7 ati mentionat ca aveti nevoie de ferestre din PVC 74 mm cu 5 camere de izolare termica,etc.
Intrebarea este urmatoarea: Spuneti , va rugam frumos, daca acceptati la acest punct ferestre PVC 70 mm cu 5 camere de izolare termica, etc care corespunde intru totul cerintelor D-stra, in loc de ferestre PVC 74 mm?
In cazul in care D-stra mentionati ca se doreste profil de 5 camere cu latimea de 74 mm , acest lucru ar favoriza doar un anumit producator , un anumit profil,ceea ce nu ar fi corect. Asa cum varietatea de profile de 5 camere cu latimea de cel putin 70 mm ar da posibilitatea tuturor antreprenorilor care confectioneaza ferestre sa participe la licitatia D-stra.
