Analiza reticulocitelor este o investigație costisitoare și, de regulă, se aplică unui număr limitat de pacienți.
Având în vedere că numărul total estimat de examinări pentru o perioadă de 4 ani este de 57.500, vă rugăm să ne indicați câte dintre aceste investigații vor include determinarea reticulocitelor, ținând cont și de faptul că a fost deja achiziționat un analizator hematologic cu caracteristici similare.

Vă mulțumim pentru întrebarea adresată. Precizăm că determinarea reticulocitelor nu este efectuată în același volum ca investigațiile hematologice de rutină, aceasta fiind indicată doar în anumite situații clinice specifice și nefiind parte a hemoleucogramei standard realizate pentru fiecare pacient. În cadrul activității curente a laboratorului, necesarul estimativ pentru determinarea reticulocitelor este de aproximativ 500 investigații anual. Acest volum include atât testările efectuate pentru pacienți, cât și determinările necesare pentru asigurarea calității rezultatelor, respectiv controalele interne de calitate, verificările periodice ale performanței echipamentului și participarea la programele de evaluare externă a calității. Volumul total estimat al investigațiilor hematologice reflectă necesarul general al beneficiarului pentru perioada contractuală și include totalitatea examinărilor planificate conform fluxului operațional al laboratorului. Totodată, prezența funcției de determinare a reticulocitelor este necesară pentru asigurarea posibilității efectuării acestei investigații atunci când există indicații medicale specifice.
