Prin prezenta, în cadrul proceduri Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1776946913909 din “23” aprilie 2026, privind achiziționarea „Reactive și consumabile de laborator”, Vă comunicăm că conform deciziei de atribuire a grupului de lucru în domeniul achizițiilor publice al Penitenciarului nr. 16-Pruncul Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1776946913909/01 din “08” mai 2026, aprobat prin Ordinul nr. 24 din 04.04.2025, examinând documentația anexată la anunțul de participare și criteriul de evaluare aplicat pentru atribuire contractului - cel mai mic preț, sunt desemnați învingători următorii agenți economici:
Lot nr. 1 - „GBG-MLD” SRL, c/f. 1003600117582, în sumă de 52800,00 fără TVA sau 63360,00 lei inclusiv TVA.
Lot nr. 2 - I.M. „BECOR” SRL, c/f 1003600060828, în sumă de 19715,00 fără TVA sau 21328,20 lei inclusiv TVA.
