Prin prezenta, în cadrul proceduri Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1776945909971 din “23” aprilie 2026, privind achiziționarea „Anvelope de vară/iarnă”, Vă comunicăm că conform deciziei de atribuire a grupului de lucru în domeniul achizițiilor publice al Penitenciarului nr. 16-Pruncul Nr. ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1776945909971/01 din “08” mai 2026, aprobat prin Ordinul nr. 24 din 04.04.2025, examinând documentația anexată la anunțul de participare și criteriul de evaluare aplicat pentru atribuire contractului - cel mai mic preț, este desemnat învingător agentul economic „INTER GP GRUP” SRL, c/f. 1009600023447, în sumă de 6020,,00 fără TVA sau 7224,00 lei inclusiv TVA.
Totodată, aducem la cunoștința că, În procesul de achiziție publică, conform Legii nr. 131/2015 art. 69 alin. (6) lit. b), în cazul agentului economic "Gheorghita S.V." SRL, s-au identificat neconformități în documentație, care necesită decizie corespunzătoare, astfel încălcarea regulilor de prezentare a documentației, precum și depunerea de acte neconforme, pot duce la descalificare. În cazul de față, documentele depuse de "Gheorghita S.V." SRL au fost întocmite și anexate de către "INTER GP GRUP" SRL, indicând o încălcare a principiilor de corectitudine în procesul de participare, din care motiv ultimul va fi descalificat.
