Achiziționarea unui pachet de servicii (abonament) dedicat testării active și monitorizării calității (Service Assurance) a rețelelor de comunicații destinate apelurilor de urgență. În contextul tranziției infrastructurii de telefonie la conexiuni de tip SIP cu operatorii naționali și al implementării noii versiunii a sistemului informațional automatizat 112, este imperativă asigurarea unei vizibilități continue asupra disponibilității serviciilor. Testarea se va realiza prin simularea automatizată a apelurilor și a traficului de date din rețelele operatorilor de comunicații mobile și fixe, pentru a garanta rutarea corectă și conformitatea cu reglementările în vigoare, aspecte critice pentru salvarea de vieți.
