Question:
1. Care este lungimea traseului de freon pentru fiecare aparat de aer condiționat? - In caiet de sarcin se spune:
"Montaj standard, kit de montare inclus (traseu min. de 3 m, console pentru unitățile exterioare, care se vor monta sub geamuri)".
Dacă va fi mai lung?
2. La ce înălțime (etaj) va fi montat fiecare aparat de aer condiționat? Există acces la fereastră în fiecare caz de instalare? Este necesar un serviciu de macara/autonacelă? - In caiet de sarcin se spune - (care se vor monta sub geamuri)
3. Sunt necesare lucrări de conectare la tabloul electric? Ce componente are tabloul de distribuție (întrerupătoare automate etc.)?
4. Care este lungimea cablurilor electrice până la tabloul electric pentru fiecare aparat de aer condiționat?
Answer (21 Apr 2026, 11:44):
Bună ziua,
1. Lungimea traseului de freon pentru fiecare unitate de aer condiționat va fi de min. 3 metri și max. 6 metri. Kit-ul de instalare inclus în oferta trebuie să acopere aceste lungimi fără costuri adiționale.
2. Instalarea unităților exterioare se va efectua sub geam sau în imediata apropiere a acestuia, astfel încât montajul să poată fi realizat în deplină siguranță direct de la fereastră, precum si lucrările de mentenanță ulterioare. Prin această poziționare, se confirmă faptul că nu este necesară intervenția cu autospeciala sau macara.
3. Executantul va asigura doar conexiunea unității la priza pusă la dispoziție de beneficiar. Lucrările de adaptare a tabloului electric de distribuție și asigurarea prizei de alimentare la locul montajului vor fi executate de către tehnicianul-electrician al beneficiarului.
4. Furnizorul va asigura cablul de alimentare și fișa electrică bipolară aferente echipamentului. Lungimea cablului electric poate varia în intervalul 1-3 metri.
